How Do I Sign Up To Take A Course?
Log in to the new online education platform using the PPAI Learner Login button. Your username and password will be the same as your standard PPAI login.
Select Course Catalog from the left menu and select a course by clicking More Info
Click Add to Cart
Click View Cart
Select your Payment Method
To use a promo code, enter it in the coupon code field. Click apply and the discount will be applied to your cart.
Enter the payment information and click Pay
Once your course has been paid for (as applicable) go back to your dashboard and select Go to Course for that course to proceed.
How Do I Take A Course?
After you have registered for the course, click Go to Course from a course listed in the Active Courses section.
Once you click on the course to start, it will create a new pop-out screen. The PPAI logo at the top left will always take you back to the main login screen. Click in the course content section and select Video. For multi module courses you can pause at any time and return later to continue.

Upon completion, select Quiz
After completing the quiz, you’ll receive this pop-up confirming you successfully submitted your answers. Please see the next question to understand how to get your quiz results.

How do I review my quiz answers?
After you submit your quiz, select X to close the pop-up and see your quiz results.
Click the Grading box.
You will see the list of questions and which ones were correct and incorrect.
If you passed the quiz, you will see a green box. If you did not pass the quiz, you will see a red box and can retake the quiz. There are no limits on the number of times you can retake the quiz. For required courses, each module will have a quiz that needs to be completed with 100%. Single module courses and electives are 3/5 for a passing grade. Once you pass the quizzes and complete the course, it will move into completed courses on your dashboard and onto your transcript.
How Many Courses Will There Be On The New Platform?
There are currently close to 200 courses on the new online education platform with courses being added each month.
What Types Of Courses Will Be On The Platform?
General courses are available in Branding & Marketing, Sales, Professional Development, Strategy, Sustainability & Responsibility, Trends & Research, and Tools & Technology. We will continue to update content in all these areas.
How Do I Earn My Certification?

Where Do I find My Certificate To Download?
You can view and print your certificate from your dashboard under Completed Courses. Select the three dots next to the certificate you wish to print and download.
Where Do I Find My Transcript?
Select Transcript from the left menu. If you feel a previous transcript line item is missing, please contact onlineedu@ppai.org.
How Do I Know If I Already Took A Course In The Catalog?
If you have completed a course, it will appear on your transcript. To do a keyword search within your transcript you will need to download the transcript and then click CTRL+F within the PDF.
In addition to the PDF transcript, they will also appear under your completed courses within your dashboard. There is a search bar at the top of this page.
How Do I Drop A Course?
If you want to remove a course from your Active Courses or Pending Courses section of your dashboard, select Request Drop from the left menu and select Request new drop.
From the drop-down menu, select a course from the Section dropdown OR learning path. Next, select an option from Reason and click Save.
How Do I Find The Receipt For My Course Or Certificate?
After payment, you can print a receipt by accessing the message center of your dashboard. If you need help finding a receipt from the past, please contact onlineedu@ppai.org.
How Do I Change My Profile Information?
Profile information cannot be changed within the new online education platform. Any profile change requests will need to be sent to rosters@ppai.org. Please allow up to two business days for profile changes (e.g., last name, work email) to take effect in the account.
Why Do I Have Messages Already In The New Online Education Platform?
These were generated due to the transcript migration process and can be ignored or deleted. To delete, select all the messages and click Delete.
